Our home boasts a generous 2024 sq ft living area with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, perfect for families.

Enjoy the latest entertainment with our 4K smart TV along with high-speed 400Mb wireless internet access. Bring along your Amazon, Netflix, Disney + and any other subscription to have home from home TV experiences.

All the comforts of home are included, such as bed linens, towels, cot, highchair, and even a hairdryer. Just bring your clothes sun cream and beach towels and get ready to relax.

Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. You'll only need to bring your favorite foods and condiments.

For food and other general home supplies we have a Publix supermarket 4 mins away. And, if you don't feel like cooking, grab a bite from one of the many takeaways just 4 minutes away, such as Pizza/Philly steaks/ Chinese/ Sushi.

All the major franchised restaurants for a sit-down meal are within 15 minutes of the home.

Stay close to all the attractions in Florida, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Harry Potter World, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove (Dolphin swim), Busch Gardens, NASA- regular rocket launches, Airboat Rides, Factory Outlets, Gulf and Atlantic beaches, and many nearby golf courses. Plus, a large supermarket is just a 4-minute drive away.

Relax in our private south-facing pool, with pool furniture for up to eight people. The screen netting around the pool provides full protection from insects while still allowing the sun through. Pool heat is extra and gets added after booking. 2025 prices are £20 GBP per day.

Enjoy the Florida sun from sunrise until nearly sunset, as the pool faces South/South West. And, if you visit during the winter months, the pool heating (an extra) can be added for a comfortable temperature of approximately 82 Deg F (minimum 5 days).

Escape the sun in our 23-foot by 10-foot covered lanai, with a fridge freezer with icemaker only feet away.

The family room overlooks the pool, and we also have a living room with patio doors overlooking the pool. Plus, our large pub-style round glass table is perfect for cards, games, or socializing with friends and family.

Retreat to our master bedroom, with a Super King-Size 6’6” bed, large dresser with mirror, 2-bed side drawers, and 32 inch Roku TV. The patio doors overlook the pool, and the walk-in closet features a digital safe. The master bathroom includes a large shower, oval bath, his and hers sinks with cupboards below, each with mirrors and vanity lights, and a separate toilet.

The second en-suite features a queen bed, TV, shower, and toilet, and the two twin rooms share a bathroom.
