Stay in the 7 bedroom and 3 bedroom guest houses of The Ever After Estate, a massive 62 acre privately gated island home featured on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes" This includes a movie theater, indoor rock climbing wall, ballpit room, arcades, skeeball, and more!
Outdoors, you'll have unrestricted access to our custom built mini golf course, sports courts, fishing, Connect Four Basketball, & beautiful tree-covered grounds-- There are even motorized carousel rides (for kids)!
Of course, you'll be able to use the main house's waterfall pool, hot tub, and superfast WATERSLIDE--(daily through 10:30pm).

My family & I have owned and lived at The Ever After Estate 62 acre private island for more than 20 years. We're honored to have had our home featured on The Today Show's site, on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes in America," and so many others.
Back in 2009, we began renting out the entire property whenever we'd go on vacation.
Now that the kids are grown and off to college, we more recently began giving into demand and renting out these 2 large guest houses and so many of our over-the-top amenities year-round when we're available to do so. We continue to live in the "main house" a few hundred feet away in case you need any assistance--and you have 62 acres of fun, amenities...and even a waterslide into a waterfall fed lagoon pool! And.... you get to rent the guest houses for FAR less than it normally costs to rent the entire property....making it reasonably priced for a larger audience who may otherwise never have gotten to experience our slice of paradise!

Standard/separate rental agreement required at booking. $450 refundable security deposit not due until arrival week (can also just put a temporary hold on a credit card--to be released after checkout).

We're minutes from suburbia, minutes from small town USA....yet we have our own private 62 acre 'island'--with a feeling of total seclusion in paradise. Clermont is also the only part of peninsular Florida that has not only a chain of gorgeous freshwater lakes....but also hills and even a small mountain nearby!
