Some issues with cleaning before our arrival. Basement flat so a little musty and dark. Some noise from upstairs flat and trains running behind the property. Double beds in each room. Top bunk bed is not set up for sleeping on in second bedroom. Fans provided in each room - very useful. Good selection of kitchen utensils. Good location - easy walk to high road restaurants, tube, and local park. Great TV logged into netflix and a small selection of toys for young children. Lots of towels provided too.

Excellent location close to Chiswick Park underground station so away from the hustle and bustle of the city but convenient to get to in a short time. Rooms as seen in photos. Self check in quick and easy.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay for a few days visiting london Close to the railway. Fully furnished, even with kids toys (although we didn't need those) The entrance is a narrow stairway going down. A bit awkward with large suitcases. Everything else was great.

Calm and relaxing like if I was in my own house Very clean apartment. Lots of kitchen utensils and in general I didn't miss anything to live like if it was my home for 15 days. Nothing special. It was all ok, nothing bad to say.

Basement flat, no upper bunk

This flat is down a steep, narrow set of stairs. Communication with this host was very good, and the location is close to an Underground station though the line isn't very convenient to many sightseeing destinations nearby. This backs up to the railroad tracks and trains run 24/7 so if you have the windows open it will be loud. However, since it's a daylight basement, with windows/doors closed the noise isn't good. There is a residential neighbor upstairs whose footfalls were very audible throughout the day, though they went to bed pretty early. I made a false assumption due to the photos provided by the host that the upper bunk in the bunkbed would be available for my younger kiddo, which we learned was not correct upon arriving to the flat and seeing no bedding on that bed. I contacted the host's service which was easy to connect with but they informed me that the bunk was not available and pointed out that the description of the bedroom only promised a double bed (the bottom bunk was a double). They also refused to provide additional bedding, which I thought was rather shabby. We made do, but I thought the flat description could have been more clear. Comfortable beds, strong wifi (no cell signal due to basement), decent shower (though, why no shelf for toiletries in the shower?? weird), all in all it would have been lovely if not for the upper bunk issue.
