Great location to restaurants & shopping! The two bedrooms downstairs are in a basement with no windows & one narrow bath. We suggest mirrors in bedrooms & hooks to hang towels & coats. We had a nice stay at this location.

The location is great! Close to good restaurants and easy to get to anywhere you want to go. The apartment is cute. Small. However, the three bedrooms are pretty spacious, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The staircase is a little tricky with luggage, but we were able to maneuver them coming and going. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

The property had a great location, but did not accurately describe the actual apartment. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs in an area with no windows and smelled like mildew. The water in both bathrooms and sinks turned to cold in about five minutes, so none of us could take a full shower with warm water. However, there was a small kitchen and clothing washer in the apartment which was quite nice, and otherwise the bathrooms and bedrooms are modern and nice. Overall if you are not planning on spending much time in the apartment it's great, but otherwise it's not an ideal place to spend more than 2-3 nights.

Air conditioning worked very well . Downstairs bedrooms were extremely humid to the point where shower towels didn’t dry overnight. I requested a dehumidifier but was stalled a bit and then we left. Emails came from multiple sources which I questioned as legitimate but never received a firm answer even after emailing it to VRBO for verification. I was advised to contact the owner but I never received their email and my phone would not connect. I spoke several times with vrbo associates. Cleanliness of the furniture and rug were so so but linens and bathrooms were clean. Good location and a metro station very nearby.

Das Positive war, dass die Klimaanlage sehr gut funktionierte und die Lage zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station war. Supermärkte, zwei ausgezeichnete Bäckereien und ein gutes Restaurant befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Möbel und der Teppich waren etwas schmutzig/abgenutzt. Man sollte beachten, dass die Wohnung extrem feucht und muffig ist, insbesondere die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Unsere Duschhandtücher trockneten über Nacht nicht, selbst als sie am Handtuchhalter hingen. Aufgrund des muffigen Geruchs waren unsere Allergien sehr stark. Ich bat um einen Luftentfeuchter, bekam aber für ein paar Tage nur die Bürste zurück, bevor wir abreisten. Wir erhielten nur einen Schlüssel und waren zu sechst, sodass wir uns bei der Trennung absprechen mussten. Vor der Tür im Flur stand ständig Wasser und es gab etwas Schimmel. Das Warmwasser war schnell aufgebraucht, besonders im Erdgeschoss, wo wir zu viert waren. Vor der Tür, in unserem privaten Flur, befanden sich Nagetierkot. Wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben, seien Sie darauf hingewiesen, dass sich am späten Nachmittag und Abend Prostituierte in der Nähe des Wohnungseingangs aufhielten.

Die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen ein wahrer Segen, und das geräumige Wohnzimmer lud zum Entspannen nach einem Besuch des nahegelegenen Musée des Arts et Métiers ein.
