What I liked was location in Montmartre, kitchen, washing machine, lots of towels, comfortable bed and quiet at night.What I didn’t like was location in building (ground floor, next to stairs, by main entrance of building), noisy in the morning and evening. Communication with host was ok- good as it was very last minute. Didn’t like that I booked with VRBO but was actually going through a different vacation company.

We loved our stay at 8 Rue Chappe in Montmarche. The location was exceptional. We were able to easily access the Metro from 3 stations. We were close to restaurants and shops but just enough out of the way to be more quiet. The apartment is small but lovely and had everything we needed. The shower was hot and there was plenty of water. We loved that it was on the first floor so we did not have to climb extra steps after long days of walking around Paris. There was some noise from the apartment building in the evenings as we could hear whenever anyone was walking up or down the building steps but it was minimal and did not keep us up at night. The water in the shower does get all over the bathroom floor but with all the extra towels that were provided, we managed well. We loved the extra touches of biscuits and coffee pods and used the nespresso every morning. The apartment was very clean!!!
