Situated in one of the most coveted neighbourhoods at the heart of Paris, this three-bedroom, top-floor riverside apartment is moments away from the Eiffel Tower and the Esplanade des Invalides park.
DINING ROOM:
Upon entering this apartment, the bright dining room greets the guest with the view of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is a wooden oval table with five matching chairs. There are rugs on the parquet flooring joining the dining room space with the living/sitting room space.
LIVING ROOM:
The equally bright living room offers a leather sofa and a few occasional chairs around a coffee table. There is a flat-screen TV by the windows and a small but characterful fireplace.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is separate and comes fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, boiler, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a small table and chairs as an informal dining/ breakfast area or to be used as extra worktop space to cook.
BEDROOM 1
This bedroom offers a double bed. There are a study desk and chair, some shelving and a window allowing plenty of natural light in.
BATHROOM 1
There is a bathtub with an overhead shower, a toilet and a sink.
BEDROOM 2
This bedroom offers a double bed. There is also a bookshelf and an antique bureau by the skylight.
BATHROOM 2
The second bathroom has a shower with a sink, a toilet and a washing machine/dryer.
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom offers a matching oak set comprising of a queen bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The top of the Eiffel Tower can be seen peeking out through the Parisian rooftops from the window, which gently fills the room with natural light.
