Firstly, the apartment is in an older office building in an area very close to Champs Elysee. It’s probably the worst stretch of buildings in an otherwise nice area (some buildings are beautiful and some are not so much). The apartment itself is nice enough but it could use numerous touch ups on the walls and ceilings. Everything looks a bit banged up. The supplies given, such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, were minimal and there was no laundry detergent to use. Kitchen supplies were also very cheap (ie IKEA knives, dishware, etc). Beds were comfortable, good showers, good amount of hot water, quiet, good appliances. view of the Eiffel Tower was very nice.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem älteren Bürogebäude in unmittelbarer Nähe der Champs-Élysées. Sie ist renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere die Wände sind abgenutzt und auch einige Deckenbereiche (Dusche, Küche) müssten gestrichen werden. Es gab nur wenig Toilettenpapier und Spülmittel. Waschmittel fehlte. Auch eine Anleitung zur Müllentsorgung war nicht vorhanden. Wir mussten uns draußen einen Mülleimer suchen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön, ruhig und komfortabel. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Die Duschen und die Küchengeräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Der beheizte Handtuchhalter war super. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionierten einwandfrei.

Ich habe kürzlich in dieser schönen Wohnung im Faubourg-du-Roule übernachtet und war sehr beeindruckt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Arc de Triomphe entfernt. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig, und wir haben das Doppelschlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste sehr geschätzt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet mit Toaster, Mikrowelle und sogar einem Geschirrspüler, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte.

Was für ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem, und der Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer war perfekt, um etwas Arbeit zu erledigen. Es gab reichlich heißes Wasser, und wir haben es genossen, in der Küche zu frühstücken. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Paris besuchen.

Diese Wohnung ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, und ich habe die Sauberkeit sehr geschätzt. Häufig berührte Oberflächen wurden desinfiziert, was mich sehr beruhigt hat. Außerdem funktionierte die Klimaanlage an den heißen Tagen einwandfrei. Ich kann sie Familien und Gruppen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
