Welcome to your exclusive retreat in the heart of Marbella. This fully renovated ground-floor apartment has been designed with a modern and elegant style to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Upon arrival, you will find the first of the two private terraces, leading into a bright contemporary living and dining area equipped with a Smart TV.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need during your stay.



From the kitchen you can access the second terrace, a private outdoor oasis with artificial grass, a cosy chill-out area and outdoor dining space, perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxed evenings.

This is a great place

This is a great place. The location is second to none, one street back from the beach and walking distance to the old town. The outside space that comes with this apartment is incredible, and very unusual for apartments in Marbella, it’s a real find. Inside it’s also a lot more modern than other apartments in the area, and fully kitted out with everything you need. We loved our stay here and would absolutely return.

Excellent location. Close to beach and old town restaurants. Air conditioning in all individual rooms was such a bonus. The security in the apartments to both doors and windows left you really really secure. Both garden areas ( front and back) area had numerous mature plants, super seating and beautifully located stunning lighting.
