Lovely place to stay for Christmas.
We had a lovely Christmas break at this delightful property. The location was excellent for us to be near family in Wellington for Christmas.
The Barn is very comfortable, warm and well equipped, and was nicely decorated for Christmas. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Barn again.
Great amenities and most things considered. Quiet but close to a town with great independent shops, restaurants and food. Would be great if it was an enclosed garden for the dog even though good walks for her.

Exceeded expectations. Hard to fault it.
The property is in a very rural setting, yet only five minutes drive from the centre of Wellington. The hosts had left some 'starter' foodstuffs which were much appreciated and there is a good supply of kitchen - utencils/glasses/plates/pans/etc. Probably the best holiday accomodation I have stayed at.

Really nice clean place to stay if in the area (3 adults, 4 nights)
3 adults staying 4 nights, Monday to Friday, for work in the area. Didn't get to see the sites, but the accommodation was a nice play to stay. Easy to find (recommend using What3Words, not postcode on Maps) and access. Good stable Wi-Fi, TV, clean bedding and towels, and the little extras (milk, bread, biscuits, tea, coffee, crisps) were a lovely touch. It has all the facilities you need for a longshort stay. We also had a small interaction with the owner who was a nice gentleman. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful escape
The barn was really comfy, had everything we needed and the setting was great with the lovely countryside views. The neighbouring cows and wildlife provide plenty of entertainment. Good access to the A38 too so easy to travel around and see local gardens, countryside and coasts
Barn pretty much perfect, whilst there was everything we could think of in the kitchen there were only a few normal glasses but ended up using the mugs for cold drinks as well
