In the exteriors of this fantastic property you will find all the comforts you can imagine. You will be able to cool off in the huge salt swimming pool which measures 12m x 5m and has a depth range of 0.2m to 2.5m or sunbathe on the sun loungers, while the little ones play and run as they please in the extensive garden. On the porch of the terrace you will find a dining area where you can extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones after preparing a delicious barbecue available on the property. The house is fenced and the privacy is total as there are no neighbours nearby. Once inside this two-storey house, you will find a fantastic and bright living-dining room equipped with a fireplace, AC, Smart TV and satellite TV, where you can all gather together. The kitchen, open to the living area, runs on gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it’s time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, all with heating and AC available. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other two are located upstairs. Two bathrooms serve the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. You can also use the fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board available in the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is known for its peaceful atmosphere and its proximity to the coast and the mountains.
