The Can Pedro town house, completely renovated with very good taste, is located on a quiet street in beautiful Petra, in the center of Mallorca. With 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all equipped with ceiling fans, it offers space for up to 4-5 people. On the ground floor there is the living room with WiFi and satellite TV, an open and modern kitchen with all the comforts with an open dining room and a guest toilet.
Accommodation
In the courtyard there is a private 3 x 5 meter swimming pool (there are 4 sunbeds) and two covered terraces with dining table and barbecue. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a small single bedroom as well as a bathroom, as well as a roof terrace with views of the surrounding countryside.The house is equipped with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, bathroom and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. In the village there is a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The northern beaches such as Can Picafort or Playa de Muro are about 25 minutes by car, and Son Serra de Marina about 20 minutes. Enjoy your holiday in an authentic village in the heart of Mallorca, where you will receive a warm welcome as a guest!

Charming villa

Charming villa, recently done up in a tasteful way, nice art work and furniture, comfortable and clean and well equipped with a huge TV and good wifi. Good seating areas inside and out. Plunge pool very welcome in hot weather. One or two suggestions...air con particularly in bedrooms is a must in the summer!! We had fans upstairs but it was unseasonably hot and sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. A few more electrical sockets in bedrooms would be good. Curiously, there were 5 in the bathroom . Also, the outside area can get slippery when wet so I would worry if I had young children. Petra is a nice town, not touristy and very authentic. Carola, the property manager was very helpful and kind. Would return to the villa in May or September when the temperature is lower.

Wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer ohne air con sind ziemlich warm aber man hält es durch den Deckenventilator gut aus. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat aircon. Das Dörfchen ist sehr hübsch.

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay in lovely Can Pedro. Just as the pictures show. The bedrooms get very hot in the summertime, but we learned to live with it. The wifi is very slow… But all in all it is fantastic… Petra is a beautiful little town. With lots of local life. We loved it all.

Die Begrüßung durch den Inhaber Pedro war sehr freundschaftlich und herzlich , alles war genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, toller Umbau mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Ruhige Stadtwohnung abseits vom Massentourismus

Sehr liebevoll hergerichtete Stadtwohnung im mallorquinischen Stil mit schönem Innenhof-Pool. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum verweilen sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Ruhige Lage. Wenig Tourismus. Innerorts alle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und Kulturstätten (wenige)zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausflugsziele, Strände in 30 bis 45 Minuten problemfrei mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer seinen Urlaub abseits vom Massentourismus verbringen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in dem Dorfhaus verbracht. Die Übergabe war sehr entspannt und Pedro hat uns freundlich eingewiesen und alles gezeigt. Ein kleines Mini-Manko war die Klobrille im oberen Bad, die nicht mehr gut befestigt war. Da wäre es einfach schön gewesen, wenn das vor unserer Ankunft mit ein paar Handgriffen gelöst worden wäre. 😉 Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wunderschön - das Haus war sehr sauber und alles nötige war da. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und uns Gästen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine kleine Begrüßung in Form von Obst und Wein stand auf dem Tisch! Das war sehr schön! Die kleinen charmanten Samtpfoten haben uns auch schnell um die Pfote gewickelt und morgens freudig begrüßt. Petra ist für uns ein idealer Ort, um dort den Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellente adresse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Celle-ci est très confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Pedro et nous le remercions pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Bref, nous aimerions y revenir, mais avec le soleil cette fois ci !
