About this property

Newly Renovated Finca Las Naranjas for 6 persons near Can Picafort Mallorca

The beautiful natural stone Finca Las Naranjas has been a very popular vacation finca for many years. The finca has a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden around the pool terrace. The covered terrace in front of the pool is nicely furnished and next to the house there is a brick barbecue grill. The whole area covers approximately 15,000 sqm. Some stairs lead you to the new 5,000 m² garden with olive trees, a football pitch and a volleyball net. The finca inside is very comfortable and is also in the cooler season an ideal holiday accommodation. Here you will feel completely at ease. Paco, the owner, cares lovingly for his guests.



The furnishing of the finca is cozy and of good quality. The bright salon has a large couch seating group, SAT / TV and dining area. The living room also boasts a pellet stove, from November to March guests will be provided with a pellet bag. Any additional pellet bag can be requested to the host and is available upon the payment of an extra fee.

The natural stone wall and the large fireplace create a very comfortable atmosphere. Right next door is the small built-in kitchen, which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination. The finca has 3 bedrooms with hot and cold air conditioning. The finca boasts 2 bathrooms where electric heaters have been installed for the winter months. The oil heating system is only used to warm water and the radiators will soon be removed.



In addition to the 6 people allowed, the house can accommodate up to 2 toddlers. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge. A second set is for an extra fee.



Guests of Finca Las Naranjas have a table tennis table and a volleyball net on the new lawn.

Heerlijke finca met heel goed onderhouden en prachtig aangelegde tuin!

Pros: De finca is schoon en fris. De grote ruimte rondom de finca is heerlijk! De prachtige beplanting, fijne ligbedden en zitjes maken het af. Het grote speelveld met volleybalnet en voetbaldoel werd erg gewaardeerd door onze oudere kinderen. Het contact met Paco en Joan verliep prettig en vlot en vriendelijk. Heel fijn! We hadden graag nog langer willen blijven, maar helaas zit het er weer op. We onthouden deze finca zeker voor een volgende keer! Cons: -

Super schönes Haus

Pros: Das Haus besticht durch die sauber geführte Anlage. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Joan, der Manager und auch Paco der Besitzer sind ausgesprochen gastfreundliche Leute. Es lohnt sich hier Ferien zu machen.

Pros: Die Finca sieht optisch sehr gut aus. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 5-9min. Der Gastgeber hat uns zur Begrüssung einen Obstkorb, viele Kekse und eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Außerdem kam er erneut mit einem mallorquinischem Frühstück vorbei. Seine Früchtebäume und Palmen waren auch ein schöner Blickfang. Es ist ein sehr schöner Garten.

Pros: Die Finca sieht optisch sehr gut aus. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 5-9min. Der Gastgeber hat uns zur Begrüssung einen Obstkorb, viele Kekse und eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Außerdem kam er erneut mit einem mallorquinischem Frühstück vorbei. Seine Früchtebäume und Palmen waren auch ein schöner Blickfang. Es ist ein sehr schöner Garten. Cons: Die Küche hat 2 Tage nicht so gut gerochen. Nachdem ich erneut geputzt habe, ist der Gestank weg gewesen. Leider gibt es auf ganz Mallorca ein grosses Rattenproblem und bedauerlicherweise bleibt auch diese schöne Finca nicht davon verschont . Daher ist es ratsam die Türen auch tagsüber geschlossen zuhalten. Die Finca war aber sonst vollkommen in Ordnung und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Lob an den Gastgeber.
