The Annex rests in Brigham, Cumbria and can sleep two guests in one bedroom.
The Annex, a reverse-level annexe, consists of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a first-floor living/dining room with dining seating for four, Smart TV, and double opening doors to a balcony with furniture. The bedroom is a ground-floor double, serviced by a cloakroom with a basin and WC. There is a first-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop in 1.5 miles, and a pub in 1.4 miles. Find your perfect escape at The Annex. Note: The property has a shared entrance with the owner's house next door. Note: The double bed can only be accessed by one side. Note: The property will be decorated for Christmas.
