The villa's extensive exteriors stand out for their well-kept garden, where you will find a chlorine pool measuring 10 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 0.80 metres to 1.55 metres. There is a parasol and trees where you can relax in the shade of the sun loungers. Before going inside the house, there is a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy outdoor barbecues with your companions. The cosy interior of the house, spread over one floor, begins with the living room, equipped with a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining room, open to the living room, creates a fluid and comfortable space to share moments with your companions. The kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. Finally, the house has a laundry room integrated in the kitchen, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board for greater comfort during your stay.
