Newly built villa in Porto Cristo, located on the seafront in the most exclusive and quiet residential area, with one of the best views in the area, with 360º over sea, mountains and coastline. Enjoy its spectacular views from more than 200m of terraces and from virtually any room in the house.
The villa is designed to accommodate 8 people with their spacious rooms, each with en suite bathroom. Enjoy with your friends / family the magnificent fully equipped kitchen with views of the lighthouse and panoramic views of the entire area.
Relax in the very large lounge or dine on your adjoining terrace enjoying the view of the bay from both positions.
Watch the sunrise from the upper terrace ...... a unique experience.

Enjoy the nearby coves of Roca located 5 minutes walk, the beach of Porto Cristo less than 1km, the beaches of Cala Anguila, Cala Mandia 5 minutes by car, or the tourist areas and beaches of Cala Millor and Sa coma about 10 minutes by car. Do not forget the marina about 500 meters away and its many restaurants and bars.
Recommended visit the famous Caves of Drach 5 minutes walk from the chalet.

The house is fully equipped and has A / C, SAT TV, WIFI, TVs connected to the internet, and countless kitchen accessories.

The house was great. You have a great view of the bay of Porto Christo. The house is very well maintained and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would definitely recommend the villa again and Jaume is a great host.

Beyond expectations

We spent a week at this property. We are just sorry we didnt stay longer. Fantastic villa, clean, lovely pool. Absolutely perfect. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 kids there was space for everyone and close to shops and beach. James our host was so helpful and welcoming. Wonderful experience.

Amazing place - we come back.

We have been so happy to stay in this amazing place. James was a wonderful and helpful host. He came up with recommendations on restaurants, beaches and useful links. James checked the quality of the pool couple of times during our stay. The house was just as nice as the pictures and the location was excellent. It takes about 15 minutes’ walk down to the town and seafront. Normally we won’t visit the same place twice but we would love to come back here.

Amazing Stay: Gorgeous Views, Well-Equipped, and Great for Groups

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The house itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and an incredible view that made our time there even more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made cooking and meal prep super convenient. We were a group of friends on a workation, and the WiFi was strong enough to support all six of us without any issues. Jaume was exceptionally supportive and quick to respond—when we had a minor issue, he came over promptly and fixed it. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway and would definitely come back!

Superb accommodation and an excellent host.

The property is really stunning with amazing views all around. We have stayed in a few different properties when in Mallorca but none of them compare to this house. The property is immaculate and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and even has a selection of condiments so you don’t even need to stock up on those. We are a party of 4 adults and 4 children and each of us all loved the house - it had something for everyone. The children especially loved the pool which James made sure was kept clean during our stay. James is a wonderful host who was there to greet us on arrival and show us around his beautiful home taking the time to explain how everything worked. He was also available to contact if we had a question and replied very quickly. We will definitely be booking a return trip to the house. The house gets 5 stars and James’ hospitality gets 5 stars.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer geräumig. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Porto Cristo. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns zum Checkin persönlich empfangen. Wir empfehlen die Villa gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und hell, für 8 Personen super geeignet. Viel Platz für Kinder und tolle Terrassen (mehr als 3!) In der großen Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr und Zubehör auch für viele Personen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Unser Gastgeber ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich um unsere Anliegen in kürzester Zeit gekümmert! Sehr gern jederzeit wieder!

Perfekte Villa mit großartigem Meerblick / perfect villa with great view

Wir genossen die entspannte Atmosphäre und erholten uns sehr gut. Die 360 Aussicht auf das Meer, den Hafen, die Bucht, die Natur und die Dächer von Porto Christo waren traumhaft und sogar schöner, als auf den Fotos. Der Pool war größer als erwartet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und korrekt. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns vielmals! We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and calmed down very well. The 360 view to the sea, bay, harbour, nature and the roofs of Porto Christo was even more beautiful than at the fotos. The nice pool was bigger than expected. The host was extremly friendly, helpful and very correct and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We will come back and say: Thank you!

Ein Traumhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir sind mit 6 Personen in diesem sehr großzügigem Haus gewesen und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Der Blick des Hauses ist "Endstufe", besser geht es nicht. Und auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist top. Es ist alles sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar, die komplette Abwicklung lief reibungslos ab. Es waren traumhafte Tage und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Eine TOP-Empfehlung!!!

My family of 5 plus my in laws visited Porto Cristo and stayed at James' place and we had a fabulous time. The house was wonderful and a perfect VRBO in a great location. I couldn't recommend this house, location, host more. The sea views are even better in person. James was so kind and helpful. Everything was perfect even the extra waters and food was a nice touch. *quick tip - bring shampoo and body wash
