Cottonwood Studio in Sun Valley

Our newly-renovated, fresh, and comfortable studio condo in the Cottonwood complex is set in the trees overlooking Trail Creek. Enjoy the solitude before easily accessing all that Sun Valley has to offer, including the use of our Sun Valley Amenities Passes. These amenities include access to Inn & Olympic Pool, the Hotel rate for Sun Valley Golf, 15% discount on SV Tennis and Pickleball court fees, Gun Club package and one hour trail rides at the SV Stable.

The unit itself features a queen-sized bed and additional queen sleeper sofa, private balcony, brand-new kitchen appliances (convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, single pod coffee maker), washer/dryer, WIFI and Smart TV, and convenient ski locker. We have just upgraded to a beautiful gas fireplace to keep you warm in winter months. Comes complete with linens and towels. Studio condo is best equipped for two guests but has a sleeper sofa.

All of the Sun Valley Resort is just steps away: the outdoor Ice Skating Rink, Concert Pavilion, and the shops and restaurants of the Sun Valley Lodge and Village. Amenities include access to the Sun Valley Inn Resort pool year-round and the Olympic Size Seasonal Outdoor pool, discounts at the Sun Valley Stables, tennis court and gun club).

Free bus service around the Sun Valley/Ketchum area is right outside the Cottonwood Condo complex, making it easy to access the slopes, town, and surrounding areas. Parking is also available.

Great place for an individual or couple!

Very cute Sun Valley condo, right by the resort

Clean, contemporary decor, upper level, great location. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Perfect spot near the Lodge and ice rink.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to Sun Valley Resort to use the amenities there and bus to town and slopes. The kitchen was well appointed, we had everything we needed to enjoy a dinner in relaxing by the fire after a great day of skiing. Thank you, we’d definitely stay here again when we visit the area again.

Pleasant stay

We stayed for two weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is hard to beat, within minutes walk to the Sun Valley resort. The condo is not huge but is very thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated. It has everything we need for our stay. Hollie is super responsive and answered all my questions promptly. I would stay here again if I have a chance to visit Sun Valley in the future!

Sun Valley Where You Can See the Stars

A beautiful home base within walking distance to Ketchum. We walked to dinner every night and lingered on the path to stare up at the Milky Way on our way back. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and quiet. We enjoyed lunch on the porch and walked over to the inn to enjoy the pool. Thank you for hosting us!

The Right Size

Perfect place for a mountain getaway…The condo is nestled just minutes away from the charming little town of Ketchum and from River Run or Warm Springs base. It was a great place to come home to, after a day on the mountain, turn on the fireplace to warm up and cook dinner. The condo was well equipped for an efficient stay in Ketchum.

Thoughts big and small

This was a wonderful little "nest" to stay in. Although it's just a studio, the floorplan was great and the deck fun to be out on. Comfy mattress! There were a number minor glitches that would be easy to fix. I'll write directly to the property manager about those.

Property was great. Very clean and the pictures are accurate. The location was great since I was there for a work meeting and could walk to Sun Valley Lodge. Very quiet. Easy to get shuttle to ski slopes and town. Holly was very responsive with a few questions I had. Great overall. Highly recommend. 5 stars

Charming studio!

This place is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It had the best blender for smoothies! The only thing that could be improved with the plumbing. Shower was a little difficult to navigate, bathroom, sink, drained, slowly, and kitchen faucet came apart easily. I’ll come back though!

Cottonwood Condo Cozy

This was a wonderful, cozy studio that was adorable, super comfortable, with plenty of space. A perfectly appointed treehouse apartment within steps to Sun Valley Village with all the amenities including access to the Sun Valley Inn outdoor hot tub! We loved staying here, with fond memories. We will be back!

Amazing, one of a kind!!!

Located across the street from the Sun Valley skating rink and the iconic Sun Valley Lodge, the location couldn't be better.The condo is set up so efficiently, it runs like a well oiled machine and is very comfortable. The deck is private and has a sofa for afternoon snoozing. I love it!

Clean, quiet, and convenient

We enjoyed our five night stay in 1424 Cottonwood Condos. The studio was big enough for the two of us and had all the comforts of home. The condo is associated with Sun Valley resort which entitled us to the use of the large hot tub/pool. We used it every day to loosen up our ski muscles after thousands of feet of vertical. The condo is next door to the Sun Valley Lodge and Inn and all the shops. And it is minutes from River Run lodge and less than that to downtown restaurants and stores. The view off the deck or out the back windows was of a pleasant brook and riparian way. It is a beautiful setting, convenient to everything and so very quiet.
