Carreg Coetan Cottage is a homely family bungalow set in a quiet, cul-de-sac in the charming and unspoilt coastal village of Newport, in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It is within 100 metres of both the village and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
The bungalow is well equipped to ensure you have a comfortable stay, with beautiful views over the garden and surrounding countryside. The large fenced lawned garden is safe for children and has children's swings and a large patio from which you can enjoy the spectacular evening sunsets.
The beautiful coastal path takes you beside the Nevern estuary, a magnet for birds, all the way to the sea to enjoy crabbing or a walk across to Newport Sands at low tide. The surrounding area offers access to beautiful beaches, river and beach kayaking, mountain biking trails, walks and much more. Llwyngwair Manor a mile away has adventure golf, duckpin bowling and table tennis, and Dyfed Shire Horse Farm is 5 miles away. For your necessities, Newport village has pubs, a curry house, shops, galleries, a Post Office and tennis courts.

Bathroom: large walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin
Living room/dining area: two 2-seater sofas, 42” Freeview TV/DVD, gas fire, countryside views, dining table seating 4, DAB radio, books and games
Kitchen: free-standing electric cooker, microwave, toaster, small fridge, small freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hoover.
OUTSIDE
Large fenced, lawned garden, solid wooden swings to accommodate three children/adults, patio with picnic table and bench. Driveway parking for 2 cars and boat or trailer.
