The house is set on a 1500 m² natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation, and the stunning water view adds to the peaceful ambiance. The property is equipped with electric heating, air/air heat pump, and play equipment for children, ensuring comfort throughout the year. For ultimate relaxation, the holiday home offers a luxurious bathroom with a two-person hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The interior features light, lye-treated pine walls and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This non-smoking holiday home is not available for youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
