Needs Some TLC

The property is quite basic, and in need of some attention. Clear signs of damp or water damage, the whole place needs a make over as if felt a bit grubby. Having said that, the facilities were functional and I had no complaints there. But families should know there is no garden, only an enclosed concrete space, and parking on the street is virtually impossible. There is also a social club overthe road, that can be quite noisy until late.
