The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware and dining ware for up to 6 adults.
Instruction manuals for the hob, microwave and oven and other appliances are available within the property's guidebook.
Complimentary cleaning products and cooking basics such as; condiments, cooking oil, tea, coffee, milk are provided.
Two spacious King sized bedrooms with luxury divan beds, each with their own ensuite wet room and complimentary showering products. Each wet room has identical layout, with spacious walk in shower areas and rain-fall smart showers, RAK luxury toilets with Grohe bidet douches and large matching sinks. We also provide a shower chair for guests with limited mobility.
Our super comfy beds are provided with electric blankets, premium mattress and duvets to ensure a great nights sleep.

Guests are welcome to park up to 2 cars in the main driveway and make use of the patio area in the front of the guest accommodation.
There is a lock box for private check-in anytime after 3pm. You are also able to park your car early prior to check-in if required.
The property is located about a mile from the town center of Attleborough with countryside views from the rear. Attleborough is a thriving market town with many cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and take away services. There is also a pharmacy, library, train station and public bus services. Old Buckenham village is located just 2 miles away with a local convenience store with post office and two lovely pubs situated on the large village green.
Snetterton race circuit is within easy distance (6 miles), and Old Buckenham Aerodrome is only 3 miles away. Both of these venues hold regular events in the spring/summer months.
The beautiful AONB Norfolk and Suffolk coastlines are from 60 mins driving distance and are well worth the visit, even outside the tourist season. There are also plenty of National Trust estates and gardens within an hours drive also.
The local bus services and train station are within walking distance from the property.

Stayed at this property because family lived very nearby. The property was exceptional in terms of amenities, extremely comfortable couches, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great shower. Highly recommend property.

Lovely modern annex, nice decor and plenty of space.
Although when we arrived, the beds hadn’t been made due to an issue with the owners calendars so we had to wait 30 mins after driving nearly 4 hours. Who ever is upstairs can be heard loudly in the apartment all through the night. No controls for the central heating so had to use electric heaters, sensor controlled bathroom lights randomly come on during the night. Both showers are wet rooms so once you’re showered and dressed, you can’t use the toilet or sink without getting wet feet. Pleasant stay overall, just a few minor issues.

Thankyou for your feedback. However, if I may respond to the comments relating to the central heating and the wet rooms please.
There is a guidebook in the apartment which advises you to fully close the wetroom doors to prevent the light sensors activating by movement in the bedroom during the night.
There is also a long handled squeegee provided in each wetroom to fully sweep the water back into the shower drain and bath mats provided to use by the sink and toilet to give you a dry standing area after taking a shower.
The central heating is automatically controlled to come on when the temperature drops to 20 degrees and boosts itself to 22 degrees at several set times during the day and evening. I also provide electric air blade heaters/coolers in each room to provide further options for heating temperatures.
