The luxurious Jade Coast 2 Villa in Tamarindo is located in the heart of famous Tamarindo Beach! You will enjoy your own private gated piece of paradise while being steps from the beach and Tamarindo restaurants, night life, shopping, beach & surfing! We are only a couple minute walk across the street from the beach near the El Diria hotel side of town.

This large villa is a comfortable and spacious space (over 3,000 sq ft), perfect for family and friends to gather and relax. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms which is fully air conditioned - enjoy amazing sleep with 3 king size beds, two twin beds, a foldout couch, and queen air mattress with space enough for 2 families 8-10 people. The 4th bedroom suite with private bathroom w/shower, microwave, and sitting table is located above the garage and conveniently has its own entrance off the pool area. All rooms have air conditioners for your comfort. and the bedrooms offer lots of storage in the large built-in closets. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, cooking supplies, and an eat at island.

The beautifully furnished home includes a smart TV with wifi. We have the latest in Wifi technology and the house utilizes a Eero system which is a mesh type system that blankets the whole house with transmitters on each floor so the internet is fast and reliable in all rooms including the studio apartment. There's a dining nook off the kitchen, as well as plenty of seating on the patio/terrace which the living room opens up to. Inside laundry room with washer/dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and two blow dryers are included.

The entire property is included with your reservation. Amenities include a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, BBQ, private parking and garage, large covered terraces and balconies. The outdoor barbecue area provides a fun alternative to cooking for the whole family or for your BBQ party with friends. Have a drink on our patio while listening to tropical birds and howler monkeys announce their presence...

Free cable and High Speed Wireless Internet (WiFi). Bring your Fire-stick or Roku if you want, but we suggest you enjoy the beach! There is a landline phone provided - local calls included - long distance requires calling card. There is also a safe in the upstairs bedroom closet.

Tamarindo is known for a variety of activities such as World-Cass Surfing, Golf, Boating, Swimming, Hiking, Nature Trails, Wildlife Watching Tours, Jetskiing, Canopying, Fishing, Sailing, Horse Back Riding.... Alternatively, enjoy the large variety of restaurants, bars and clubs in Tamarindo or discover the town's many shops and stores. Tamarindo has some very sophisticated Super Markets and restaurants. There are also different tour operators, banks, spas, car rental agencies and all other necessary services in Tamarindo.

We are in Tamarindo proper not Playa Langosta or Playa Grande.
