Split level living/dining room with air conditioning, pellet stove and TV. Luxury spacious kitchen with all amenities. Utility room with washer and dryer. Garden with large terrace including covered pergola.
Private access to the beach. Wifi, alarm system, free parking.

The villa is located 7 minutes from Puerto Estepona, 9 minutes to Puerto de la Duquesa. Estepona with its narrow streets, the many tapas bars, restaurants and cozy terraces, the wide sandy beaches with their beach bars, the fishing port and marina with the Sunday market all contribute to a wonderful unforgettable time.
'Must visit' places like Ronda, Marbella, Benahavis, Sottogrande, Tarifa ... you name it, you are ideally situated with this villa.
Nearby is also shopping centers for your daily groceries.
It is 55 Minutes from Malaga airport.

Dear Loraine, thank you for staying at our Diez Beach House in Estepona.
We’re sorry the villa did not meet your expectations. For clarity to future guests: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 persons. As shown in the photos and floor plan, there are two spacious bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, and a third standard bedroom that is slightly smaller with two single beds.
There are 3 sun loungers at the terrace and a house manual with appliance instructions is provided in the property.
Regarding the location: As communicated to you prior to arrival, the villa is located in a quiet area with privacy, 2 minutes’ drive or approx. 15 minutes’ walk to the nearest supermarket, and we recommended hiring a car. This is also stated in the listing description.
