The open-plan living space consists of a gas fire, dining seating for four, breakfast bar seating one, Smart TV, Blu Ray DVD player, CD player, MP3 player input, and a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with a gas barbecue, furniture, and parking available in the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces).
