Beautiful terraces surround the villa providing the most amazing views
over the Aegean Sea.Stairs lead up to the 1st floor where there are 3
bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) as well as a large bathroom.

The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
