A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. But overall, highly recommended for a chilled summertime couple of nights away. Top tip: the folks at the cafe opposite are very friendly and serve a great breakfast.

Loved it
It was a great pleasure to cycle through the really beautiful country side . My brother and I enjoyed staying in the pod . We lacked for nothing. The slight down side was at 7pm when we arrived we had received no instructions as to how to get get into our accommodation. I had to send an email to Matt who phoned with the details of how to get I'm. We would love to make a returned visit later in the year.

Enjoyable but only for a short stay.
The grounds were lovely, the cabin was comfortable, warm and the decking was an added bonus. There was no instructions for operating the hob in the welcome pack making it unusable. The floor was covered in long black hair on our arrival. Dirty cooking utensils and crockery. The BBQ/firepit was a disgrace as the wire rack was very rusty and falling apart making it not suitable for cooking food directly on it. Breakfast at the café took 90 minutes from order and the porridge was inedible.
