A sparkling private pool (8m x 4m), adorned with the island's signature pebble mosaic, invites you to cool off while soaking in the mesmerizing sea views. Surrounding the pool, a vibrant tapestry of colorful flowers and plants creates a tranquil oasis. When evening descends, gather around the outdoor dining area, fire up the gas barbecue and savor delicious meals under the starlit sky. This captivating space effortlessly blends comfort, style, and the beauty of the island's natural surroundings.

On the ground floor, three bedrooms open directly onto a beautiful garden and pool terrace. All with en suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy and convenience. Ascend to the top floor, where two luxurious bedrooms await, with their own en suite bathroom. Both of these top floor havens share access to a beautiful veranda, where you can savor stunning sea views.

The villa’s middle level is a welcoming open plan area that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and a superbly equipped kitchen. This inviting space extends onto a covered veranda, offering an alternative setting for al fresco dining while enjoying the gentle sea breeze. A guest WC on this level adds to the convenience. Modern comforts are provided throughout, including air conditioning for optimal temperature control, WIFI to stay connected, a flat screen TV for entertainment, and an audio system to set the perfect ambiance.

Our dedicated staff ensures a seamless and pampered experience, with daily maid service to keep your surroundings pristine. Change of linens is provided every 4 days. We can arrange bespoke services on demand, allowing you to focus solely on relaxation and creating unforgettable memories.

I thought our stay at Villa Evita was outstanding! Our host from the initial booking until after departure was excellent. Clean!!!! We are rather picky. What a Wonderful experience! Perfect location, Villa with all of the Perfect Amenities, and a wonderful island filled with gracious people! I will highly recommend the Villa and the Beautiful Beaches and Island of Spetses!

The property was a bit of a hike up a hill but the views were great. Very charming. The garden seat cushions were all very damp because of recent rain and never really dried out because the sun is not really on the patio in the afternoon/evening. There was an alternative covered patio near kitchen to use but much smaller. The kitchen cupboards need some sound muffling /soft close solution because in the bedroom above the kitchen it’s bang, bang, bang. The showers and hot water are excellent. The beds were comfortable. A streaming service (Netflix?) on tv would be good. Overall the house is lovely but a few things need attention.
