Welcome to Woodside Barn – a stunning 7-bedroom barn conversion just 10 miles from Aberdeen in the charming village of Newmachar. Sleeping up to 14 guests, it’s perfect for families, friends and groups. Enjoy the cinema room, games room, children’s playroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area for everyone to gather. Outside, relax in the hot tub* or explore the large garden with countryside views – ideal for kids and furry friends. *Hot tub £250 per stay.

HOT TUB FEE - If you would like to use the hot tub a fee of £250 is due per booking. Please let us know in advance should you wish to access the hot tub and we will ensure it's ready for your arrival.

You will have access to the whole property during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

We may ask for a damage security deposit to confirm your booking, this will be returned to you upon check out.

Please note we will not tolerate more than 14 guests staying at this property.

Stag & Hen parties are NOT allowed.

Barn was fantastic, nice and spacious with the media room with the cinema being in a seperate annex of the house. Very clean, spacious bedrooms and beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend for larger groups hoping to stay in one accommodation.

Excellent spacious open plan living space, inside and out, ideal for family gatherings. We were a group of two families with grown up children, their partners and children. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and importantly glassware for large gatherings. The bedrooms are generous with adequate number of bathrooms and two en-suite. The games annexe and cinema room was an added bonus - we had great fun having pool and darts (maybe take your own darts) tournaments over the weekend for everyone to take part or heckle from the sidelines. Maybe better lighting between the main accommodation and annex would improve the walk between the two at night. We took our own food and drinks as the nearest big supermarket is a bit away. There is a shop nearby in Newmachar (5 min drive) that you can get almost everything you’ve forgotten anything. A couple of takeaways too. Highly recommend this property.
