A great spacious apartment that fit 5 of us perfectly! Communication with the host was quick and the check in process was simple. Prepare yourself however for walking up 100 stairs to reach the apartment. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Great location. Lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed the kitchen, living space and the terrace. The two small bunkbeds classified as a third bedroom are very inadequate and they are not in a separate room. The communication with owners was good except when we had a problem. From a quality perspective it is the equivalent of a three star hotel. There was not enough bedding and what we had was a very poor quality.

Location was good. We had eight in our group from 11 years old to 77. No lift for older people and luggage. Stairs were really dark and narrow. No hand rails up to the rooftop flat. There was a step down in the kitchen with no hand rail or tape, my mother fell on her hip and cut herself. They should put some tape or paint a different color. Lots of mirrors to make it look bigger. Does not fit 8 people. We only had 7 pillows and forks, which is weird and not practical if you have 8 people? The bunk beds block the entrances to the door so once it is down you can’t get out. Lots of safety issues.
We absolutely loved the property. The location could not have been more perfect. The patio provided and idelic location for morning and evening relaxing. And even better provided our children a safe outdoor space to release their energy late at night and provided a cool creative space to explore. The amenities in the neighboorhood were more than we could have asked for. Shopping, restaurant, location close to public transit. The house had all the amenities needed for our stay. Even hairdryers, iron and much much more. The beds were incredibly comfortable though no sheets were provided for the bunk beds. The few cons included the 100 (exactly) stairs to climb with no elevator. The key to open the door was tricky!!The bunk beds broke. So we took off the mattress and they slept on the floorfor fear that our daughters would be crushed by the 100 lb mirror that did not come flying off the top bunk like it did the bottom. The lights in the bedroom were impossible to figure out. So some had to be left on while we slept making it incredibly difficult to sleep. The remotes to the TV didnt work in the bedroom. The last set of stairs from the door to the flat up to the flat were so dark we had to use our phone to see at night after a slip and fall. The toilet in the smaller bedroom has a water issue and ran all day and night. But the showers & tub were devine! All in all it is an incredible flat and if it had an elevator we would stay again!

One hundred stairs to reach this apartment!! No elevator. So, every time you go out, you go down 100 stairs and up when you return. The final 13 steps have no handrail but the walls are close enough to touch for most except small children. Tough on older folks and perhaps younger as well. The unit is as pictured with a nice bedroom on each end and we found being in the unit was pleasant. I would rate the unit itself as 4 to 5 and the location a 5. One annoying thing about the unit is that the light in the bedroom adjacent to the living room only stays on for 10 minutes. This is really strange. It seems to me that VRBO may have introduced AI into their network as some of the responses I received here and in the previous location in London seem as if they were generated by AI. For instance, when I inquired about the 10 minute duration of the light in the bedroom the response was for me to send a picture of the light or switch (I could not decipher which) and this seemed ridiculous. I could see AI generating such a non-sequitur. This was also the response when the dryer would not start (it was a plug that had been removed for the toaster to be plugged in). The dryer is under the counter in the kitchen. Seems to me a human would say check to be sure the unit is plugged in and give me the place where it is to be plugged, Pretty simple logic. But my experience did not lead me there as most dryers where I come from required high voltage and are located behind the unit.
