Villa Cherubini is a restored stone farmhouse set on a hill surrounded by olive groves, with far-reaching views across the Marche countryside from Monte Conero to Cingoli. The villa dates back several generations and was renovated in 2020 to combine traditional charm with comfortable, contemporary interiors. Accommodation is arranged over two floors connected by an external staircase, with four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living area opening onto a pergola for al fresco dining. The garden features mature pines, cypress trees and olive trees, and the saltwater pool. The villa forms part of a working organic olive farm and is ideally placed for exploring Macerata, Loreto and Ancona, with local wineries and hiking routes nearby.

Interior:
The villa measures approximately 140 sqm over two floors, connected only by an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with fireplace and tv area; dining area; kitchen with access to the pergola; guest bathroom; laundry room with external entrance. FIRST FLOOR – two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower (one with a French-size bed); Two further double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed; bathroom with shower. Air condition in the bedrooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by 1,500 sqm of partially fenced grounds at an altitude of 360 m, bordered by hedges, cypress trees, maritime pines and olive trees. The garden is mainly flat around the house and pool, with a gentle slope towards the olive groves. A pergola furnished for outdoor dining offers panoramic views across the countryside, and atmospheric lighting for the evenings. There is uncovered parking for up to four cars within the property.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the villa, approximately 10 m away. Rectangular in shape; measures 9 x 8 m, with half of the area forming a 0.40 m-deep beach section with hydromassage jets. The remaining area has a depth of 1.50 m and includes two submerged steps for access. Lined with PVC; saltwater purification; internal lighting. The surrounding terracotta sun terrace is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas and a solar shower. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
