Great communication and response times, comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, and great walking distance to main attractions including Vatican and Pantheon.
Great stay .the key system to get in at first is a bit confusing. Location is excellent. Were on the 3 floor that has a slow small elevator or walk up the stairs .

The apartment was spacious and clean but the elevator didn’t work so we had to take our heavy luggage up three flights of narrow stairs. We did not receive any toilet paper when we checked in and ended purchasing some ourselves, although they did offer to bring some the second day but we had already got our own. The bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location was decent, less than 10 mins from Vatican City and a taxi stand just down the block for longer trips into the city if needed. Overall it was fine for our quick stay in Rome.
