Paolo is an excellent host and made our stay in his apartment uneventful. He was easy to contact through the Vrbo App and met us upon arrival to give us keys and explain the features of the building and the suite (he lives next door). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Having access to YouTube on the TV allowed us to watch programs in english from home. The classic elevator is small and made it easy to get 2 large, heavy suitcases to the second floor, bypassing many stairs.The building is in a quiet, safe neighborhood a short walk downhill to restaurants, grocery stores, and transit.

Paolo was a great and responsive host! The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the AC was a welcome relief. I highly recommend this charming place as it is perfectly located in beautiful Trastevere.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood! Lots of space and very clean. Bonus to have a washer and air conditioning as it suddenly git hit during our stay. Close to many shops and restaurants, yet a quiet family neighborhood. Grazie mille, Paolo!

Charming apartment! The host was extraordinarily kind and went over the apartment when he met us. Easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed everything about our stay here and would stay here again if we are ever in Rome.

Overall good communication with the host. They welcomed us at our arrival. Checked us is and reviewed all details of the apartment. Good location, residential and quiet.Fortunately we had Air conditioning. Summer is cities like Rome is becoming a challenge. The Heat waves keep coming and it makes it very difficult to enjoy the city. Walking distance from retail shops, buses, metro. Overall good location, good enough for a few days. It is a small place, especially the bathroom.

The apartment is 70 square meters big, therefore not a small apartment. The bathroom is exactly as shown in the pictures

The property is large, clean and very light. Paolo was extremely responsive. The property is close to the great restaurants of Trastevere but far enough away from the craziness. We had a great week-long stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Trastevere. Paolo was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked until we checked out. He made everything easy and was always happy to answer any questions.The location was absolutely perfect. Trastevere is such a beautiful, vibrant area of Rome with fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars all within walking distance, while still feeling authentic and full of character. It was the ideal base for exploring the city.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very spacious. It had a quirky charm that made it feel unique and welcoming, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome

Gorgeous neighbourhood and lovely Apartment

We loved our stay. the apartment has everything you need and very comfortable beds. We hope to return someday! The neighborhood was an easy walk to restaurants and very safe and quiet.

Beautiful quiet location, with a lovely view of the garden to watch the birds from thw window in the mornings. Coffee shop and food markets within 5 minute walk and many restaurants 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen and very prompt communication from the hist.

Perfect location

This small apartment is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Rome. Restaurants and cafes abound, and it was a short walk to the bus stop to get the Termini. The bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Fun times

Had such a fun time at this property. Up and coming neighborhood with fun shops and great restaurants. Felt very safe and was able to get around to see all the tourist attractions on foot. Great location.
