This apartment is in a fantastic location. It’s ground floor entry which was super convenient when traveling with multiple bags. It was clean, well appointed and had plenty of space for our family. The basement area was nice and cool which was much appreciated on a warm Paris spring day. The only improvement could be additional fans as there is only one window opens. This place is a 10/10!

This Paris apartment was huge! There was plenty of space for our family of five with room to spare the basement. The basement living space proved to be essential, especially on a hot Parisian day with no AC. The bathrooms are well appointed and the kitchen had everything we could have ever wanted. The neighborhood was the best mix of quiet and “local” with excellent access to the metro and local shops. Lastly, the ground floor entry was so convenient. We would stay here again and again!

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a vacation rental. The biggest problem was the complete lack of communication and basic information needed for our stay.Before arriving, I sent messages requesting check-in information and received no response. No access code, key instructions, Wi-Fi information, or checkout procedures were provided. We arrived in Paris and were left sitting outside the property for approximately 1.5 hours with our belongings and no way to enter.I called the number provided and was told they did not handle the property. I was given a local host’s number, called it, and never received a return call. I had to contact VRBO several times before Belvilla finally called with the lock code and instructions for retrieving the keys.The unit was extremely hot, and we had to find fans ourselves. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable.The lack of communication continued throughout the entire stay. I sent multiple messages asking for checkout instructions and received no response. On Friday morning, a woman suddenly arrived banging on the door saying she was there to clean. We had received no notice that anyone was coming.The area itself was nice, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Being left outside for 1.5 hours, receiving virtually no communication, and having to repeatedly contact others for basic information is unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

The apartment was just perfect for our group of friends, Plenty of room for everyone, and the living area was great for hanging out, I loved how bright and airy it felt, Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hosts were really nice, Only downside was the street noise at times, but overall, it was a fantastic base for exploring Paris
