Apartment Fenix 1

The recently renovated house, located in the village of Markovac near Umag and Buje, consists of four apartments, two of which are studio apartments on the second floor. The house is situated just a short drive from Umag and Buje, two picturesque towns offering a wide range of services, restaurants, shops, and cultural activities. Kanegra Beach is 5 km away. Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a spacious terrace at the entrance furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella; three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with one single bed; a living room with a sofa bed for one person, satellite TV, dining table and chairs; a fully equipped kitchen; and two bathrooms, including one full bathroom with a shower, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and washing machine, as well as a guest toilet. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet access are available. A private parking space is provided near the house.

*Upon arrival, a registration fee of €7 per person must be paid in cash.
*Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €10 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, but not inside the apartment.

*We kindly ask our guests:
-to respect the neighbours and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours,
-for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when leaving the accommodation,
-to use the accommodation equipment with care,
to dispose of waste properly and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after assessment, compensation for damages must be paid in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange key handover.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of stay.
