Dan and Holly's place is the best property and experience we've had at a vacation rental. It is impeccably clean, located in a convenient and quiet area of Sedona, and was the perfect getaway. We loved staying there so much the first time that we returned! We were able to bike and walk to trails and enjoy the sunsets and wonderful views!Dan and Holly are amazing hosts and the place is beautifully designed!
The casita was comfortable, clean, well organized, and is a good base for exploring Sedona and beyond. There's a busy main road nearby, which was not noisy, but it's not a great walking area--hard to cross the road.
Great location. The casita was clean and comfortable. Wifi available so i could work for a couple of days. Holly and Dan were so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. There were several hiking trails less than a mile away. The apartment was also a short distance from shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.
Great location, great views, easy check in and check out process, and open communication with the host. No on-site laundry facilities for long term stays, but public facilities are nearby.
This Casita in West Sedona ended up being the perfect location for us to hike the Sedona area. It was the perfect amount of space for us to hang out in between our explorations. The area is so convenient to everything, yet a very quiet, peaceful location. The owners were in contact making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. And, our trip to Sedona was fabulous!
Great stay in Sedona! My wife and I stayed here for a few days. Spectacular views and secluded and quiet but close to shopping and restaurants. Best part was waking up looking at the sunrise from the patio!
The owners communicated all the details well for check in and offered any help or questions we may have had during the stay.
Had a great time in Sedona. Dan and Holly could not have been more helpful. Their place was beautiful and exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful location especially on the roof. Easy accessibility to everything. Gorgeous rock formations. Jeep tour is a must. Restaurant recommendations very helpful. Municipal golf course highly recommended.
The property was great, nice location in West Sedona near trails and shopping along with many restaurants in the area. Owners were very nice and ready to assist.
This clean and quiet unit was well-appointed and well-situated. Beautiful views and accommodating hosts. Loved the rooftop patio and the gas fireplace. Listing suggested a hot tub was included, but there wasn’t one.

We are so sorry you thought we had a hot tub and might have been disappointed. We have never had a hot tub listed on our VRBO listing. We hope you enjoyed your stay and will return!
Great layout in a quiet, private setting with great views from the living room and roof. It was immaculate and well-equipped. It was away from the bustle of uptown, but easy to get there. Holly's instructions were terrific. We would love to stay there again if we go out west.
He property was just as described. Very clean, located just off the main road and very quiet. The roof top deck with beautiful views was an excellent feature.
The hosts communication was excellent. Quick responses, detailed information regarding our stay and followed up multiple times during our visit.
I would definitely recommend this property.
What a wonderful place to stay. The hosts made it a wonderful experience throughout the stay. The casita was very clean and well organized. The kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you would ever need. Loved that they had left books on hiking trails and other activities in Sedona. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Kudos to a well done property that felt very much like home.
We had the most amazing stay / time in Sedona, Casita was most beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, clean, up to date ; host Holly reached out a few times to make sure we were comfortable & happy ( and we loved every minute of our stay) to having coffee on the rooftop deck
Can’t wait to come back, perfect location, 3 minutes from main road but very quiet & secluded
Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise
The property is in a nice quiet area and is very clean. Kitchen is well appointed and bed comfy. There is a nice view from the living room sliding glass doors and it's nice to go up on the shared balcony in the evenings where you can see so many stars. While the balcony is shared with the one adjacent property, we never had anyone else up there throughout our stay. It's close to town, but outside all the traffic. Holly, the property manager communicated great! I highly recommend this place.
Wow! Walking distance to trails, great restaurants, spas, grocery, etc. Beautiful 360 views from the rooftop deck plus a special treat of deer and javelina resting under the trees in the front yard. Sunrise views every morning while enjoying a cup of coffee from the family room couch. Clean; well cared for and very comfortable. Owners checked on us several times to see if we needed anything…impressive. We’ll be back!
The pictures and description of this property do not do it justice. Dan & Holly are excellent hosts and think of everything to make your stay relaxing, fun & memorable. The casita is centrally located in a great spot in West Sedona that makes local traveling a breeze. We loved every suggestion for dining, places to experience, etc., that Dan & Holly left for us and really appreciated all the little & nice touches included with our stay (water, snacks, local information, etc). The place is modern, extremely clean & the views are fabulous! There is a roof top sitting area that lets you experience breathtaking sunrises & sunsets with phenomenal mountain backdrops. This place has it all! Thank you Dan & Holly!

Thank you Wendy! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back again. Wonderful guests!!!
This property is very clean and modern. There are wonderful views from every window and door. We were extremely happy with the house and the hosts. I will summarize a few highlights.
1. Location: It is located in West Sedona. I you are not familiar with this area, it is very close to most of the top hiking and mountain bike trails. Everything is a close drive. I would suggest only following your gps to the fire station. At that point, you will need to read the directions carefully. It is hidden away.
2. Property: It is pretty amazing opening your front blinds to an amazing view of the whole area. You can do this while sipping on a coffee from an extremely clean Kerug coffee machine. The shower is large and has amazing pressure. It was a real treat after a long day of cycling. The bed is memory foam and very comfortable with great pillows. There is a roof area with even better views. I would guess it would be a great place to have a glass of wine. The weather was unseasonably cold, so we just took a few pictures.
3. Extras: Easy check in and check out. Great communication on any questions. Wonderful shampoo, soaps and essentials.
In summary, it was an amazing romantic getaway for my wife and me. Sedona is a special place. I would definitely book again, if this property is available next year. Maybe we could ask for no snow next year? I also feel bad about the stupid rental vehicle dripping some sort of fluid the new driveway.
