We a a family of 4 with two teenagers that stayed for two nights early July 2025. The accommodation is as advertised, clean and spacious for us. The host was pleasant and reaponsive and will do what they can to accomodate our needa i.e. earlier check in and later checkout assuming no conflicts with prior or future bookings.we LOVED the location, it is very convenient with a very good gelato place and a Pizza place just around the corner. Plus it is so walkable to the Old town. You will not be disappointed with this place! The only thing we found that would have made the place perfect was that the water pressure was low and that the hot water may run out by the time the 4th person showers....but that wasn't a deal breaker for us as we were able to spaced out our showers to maintain the hot water and if you switch from the fixed rain shower to the hand held shower wand, the pressure is better. Overall, very happy with our stay!
