Summary:
The Courtyard is a dog friendly cottage nestled in the quiet village of Snettisham. Just a short drive from Heacham’s famous ‘sunset’ beach and close to Norfolk’s top attractions like Sandringham Estate, Castle Rising, and Norfolk Lavender, it’s a perfect spot to explore the area. Sleeping up to six guests, The Courtyard is ideal for families and groups of friends.
The Space:
The open-plan living area has a comfy three-piece sofa with chaise, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. French doors open to the courtyard garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A dining table with four chairs is nearby.
Upstairs are two charming bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin singles. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more guests upon request.
The upstairs family bathroom includes an electric shower, bath, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, and vanity cupboard.
The courtyard garden offers a lovely space for al fresco dining or relaxing, with a table and chairs for four.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at the property.
For the 5th or 6th guests, there is an additional sofa bed in the living room accommodating two more guests upon request.
