Located in the heart of downtown KC- blocks from Convention Center, Sprint Center, Power & Light District & everything downtown has to offer! Loft is brand new- all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit, all new electrical, AC and plumbing. You will have access to gym and rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown!



The Space:

Interior of building has been completely overhauled with new electrical, plumbing, wiring, ac/heating and all the modern conveniences at the same time historic architectural details left in place! Exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings etc.

Gym and Rooftop Deck.



The Neighborhood:

Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium.



Getting Around:

If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:

1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7am-6pm. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay listed on the sign. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.

2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.

3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.



Other Things to Note:

Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer etc! We also offer free Wi-Fi!

Loved the location and how close it was to the KC Streetcar - it was our main mode of transportation and was a lot easier than having to drive places and find parking. The neighborhood was safe and clean with a cute coffee shop a block away. The apartment was clean and stocked with kitchen basics and bathroom basics. Towels, blankets, bedding, and the couch were all clean and stain free. Parking is the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star. Since there's no on site parking, unloading and loading baggage then moving the car to a parking spot a couple of blocks away and walking back was a process. The building is old so expect to hear your neighbors too. Overall a great stay though! Would 100% stay here again!

Felt Like Home

This was one of the most pleasant stays we've had at a VRBO property. Communication with the owners was easy and instructions were clear. The loft itself was lovely, and the building on Quality Hill was ideal for our purposes. It was a simple four block walk to the K.C. Convention Center where our event took place over the course of four days. We were impressed with the fact that we immediately felt at home in the loft, thanks primarily to how thoughtfully it was outfitted.

A Perfect Home Away From Home

I came to Kansas City for a fencing tournament and was so grateful to come home to this lovely loft every day. It was the perfect home away from home for me.Communication with Olivia was excellent. The loft was exactly as you see it in the photos – very, very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, cozy blankets etc.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. And I also appreciated that there were things like laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, and conditioner available etc. The location of the loft was perfect for a quick walk to the convention center. There are also some great restaurants and a market with a great selection a 5 min uber drive away. I will for sure stay here again!

The condo/loft was close to everything. Just minutes away from the crown center and lots of restaurants. The stay was very comfortable. The condo was clean and exactly as described. A wonderful week

Loft 203 was beautiful. The loft was sparkling clean. The building was very secure. All amenities were exactly as described. It was only a short walk to the convention center and many restaurants. Management was very responsive when there was an issue with the AC, taking care of this even though it happened on the weekend. We will not hesitate to book this venue again if we go back to Kansas City. A wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful stay in central location

The property was great! We did notice some of the cars were broken into in the open lot. After that, we moved our car to the garage parking across the street. It was the same price and we felt safer. Very cool building! Built in 1900.

Beautiful loft

The loft was very clean and well appointed. I was here for a conference?, and it was 3 easy walking blocks from the convention center. Grest communication from Olivia. Cute rooftoop patio was nice to enjoy the outdoors. The only complaint is the windows are not soundproif, and there is a lot of traffic noise all night. If youre a lught sleepwr be sure to bring earplugs.
