Summary:
1 BR/ 1BA LOFT -Building is registered with the National Historic Registry. Beautiful old architectural details preserved with modern conveniences. Located in the heart of downtown KC- blocks from Convention Center, Sprint Center, Power & Light District & everything downtown has to offer! Loft is brand new- all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit, all new electrical, AC and plumbing. You will have access to gym and rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown!

The Space:
Interior of building has been completely overhauled with new electrical, plumbing, wiring, ac/heating and all the modern conveniences at the same time historic architectural details left in place! Exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings etc.

Guest Access:
Gym and Rooftop Deck.

The Neighborhood:
Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium.

Getting Around:
If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:
1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7pm-6am. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay: ParkingApp.com. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city - to find more information please visit KCMO.GOV/Parking *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.
2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.
3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.

Other Things to Note:
Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer etc! We also offer free Wi-Fi!

Felt Like Home

This was one of the most pleasant stays we've had at a VRBO property. Communication with the owners was easy and instructions were clear. The loft itself was lovely, and the building on Quality Hill was ideal for our purposes. It was a simple four block walk to the K.C. Convention Center where our event took place over the course of four days. We were impressed with the fact that we immediately felt at home in the loft, thanks primarily to how thoughtfully it was outfitted.

Can’t say enough good things about this stay!

Best rental we’ve stayed at. Olivia was very responsive (every time within 5 min), offered us early check in and late check out since our flight got in early and then departed late. Loft was as advertised, very trendy looking place. Walkable to a ton of restaurants and the KC Streetcar. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to KC.

Great location!

We were in town for a concert. Having never been to Kansas City before we took a chance on this location. It was within walking distance of the venue as well as many great places to eat! We truly enjoyed our stay! One downfall of the location is that the city lights and noises can make it a little difficult to sleep. Despite that I would definitely stay again :)

Quick night out

Everything was fabulous and as advertised!! Great location in downtown KC on the block with some great restaurants and bars or an easy tram ride to other entertainment centers. Cool and cozy vibe in a historic building. A updated, modern loft feeling with warm ambiance. Super comfy bed, stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in central location

The property was great! We did notice some of the cars were broken into in the open lot. After that, we moved our car to the garage parking across the street. It was the same price and we felt safer. Very cool building! Built in 1900.

Excellent location, spotless rental with the comfort if home

I rented the unit for a girls weekend with my best friend. The location is awesome. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We ordered food in a couple of times (lots of options) and made meals in the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need to prepare meals. Lots of towels and really comfortable bed linens made my stay extra relaxing. The cleanliness of the property and unit exceeds any other short term rental I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.

Mother's Day weekend

We came to Kansas City to spend Mother's Day with our children *who live there). The location of the rental fit in to our plans perfectly. It was much bigger than expected, and very clean. We had a slight issue with the keypad when we arrived, but we were able to get in contact with Olivia immediately and it was a very quick fix! We frequently go to KC to see our kids and will be trying to stay here again as often as it is available. I highly recommend this property!

Ballpark tour

We stayed here while in the area visiting the local ballparks. Great place, loved the brick wall and decor, we enjoyed the rooftop deck! Lots to do within walking distance. We went to the rooftop bar around the corner for a drink. Walking distance to Power and Light district which has a ton of places to eat and drink. Short drive to the ballpark where we went to our first Royals game. The stadium was pretty cool and super easy to get in and out. Would definitely book this place again if we come back to Kansas City!

Beautiful loft

The loft was very clean and well appointed. I was here for a conference?, and it was 3 easy walking blocks from the convention center. Grest communication from Olivia. Cute rooftoop patio was nice to enjoy the outdoors. The only complaint is the windows are not soundproif, and there is a lot of traffic noise all night. If youre a lught sleepwr be sure to bring earplugs.

This property was really cool! Extremely clean and the felt really safe given the owners attention to security features. Communication with the property owner was excellent! What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect instructions on check in, check out and parking. Great location and super clean place. The bed was extremely comfy. Accessed the roof top and hung out and watched a beautiful sunset. Definitely would recommend! Kansas City did not disappoint! World War I museum is a must!

A Perfect Home Away From Home

I came to Kansas City for a fencing tournament and was so grateful to come home to this lovely loft every day. It was the perfect home away from home for me.Communication with Olivia was excellent. The loft was exactly as you see it in the photos – very, very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, cozy blankets etc.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. And I also appreciated that there were things like laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, and conditioner available etc. The location of the loft was perfect for a quick walk to the convention center. There are also some great restaurants and a market with a great selection a 5 min uber drive away. I will for sure stay here again!

Kansas City weekend

The condo/loft was close to everything. Just minutes away from the crown center and lots of restaurants. The stay was very comfortable. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had one very minor issue that was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely stay again and will highly recommend.

Close to downtown

This place was easy to walk to from downtown to avoid parking. The parking lot by the building was easy and only $10 for 24 hours. Super cool place!
