Villa Paradeisos is a large 4 bedroom self contained villa set within 1.25 acres of private grounds including a 9M heated swimming pool, veranda’s and well tended gardens.
Whilst private the villa is not remote, it is a 10-minute walk to the village of Peyia where there are numerous shopping, eating and drinking options.
To minimise our impact on the environment we have recently installed Solar Power which is backed up by the National Grid.
The livelier, but friendly area of Coral Bay is just 2.5KM away with more options for night time entertainment. This area is also the nearest beach with its fine clean sands and safe swimming. Numerous watersports are also available along with go karting, Crazy Golf and quad safaris.
Both towards Paphos, 14Km away and North to the Akamas National Park there are a number of beaches some secluded and usually very quite. The famous Akamas National Park noted for the protected Logger Head Turtle is just a 10-minute drive away.
Paphos with cultural, shopping and harbour attractions is under 20KM away whilst the International Airport is an easy 30KM drive.
A frequent Bus service runs from Peyia village to Coral Bay and then Paphos.
3 Golf courses, including the famous Aphrodite Hills, are situated around a 30-minute drive from the villa.
The spacious villa provides 4 double bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Large double bedroom with en-suite, containing bath and separate shower. There is a separate dressing area. The bedroom leads out onto a furnished veranda.
Bedroom 2 – This contains two large twin beds leading out onto the furnished veranda. The room uses the family bathroom which contains both bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 – Containing two standard twin beds with double aspect views.
Bedroom 4 – Located on the ground floor, this contains two large twin beds leading out onto the mid terrace. The room uses the ground floor shower room and toilet,
The large kitchen diner is well equipped including fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer and capsule coffee machine. A separate utility room has a washing machine and airer.
A separate dining room with views across the bay is furnished for more formal dining. This can also be utilized as an office space for those looking for a location to work remotely from their normal office. Perfect for the new WFA!
The large lounge with reclining sofas has a Smart TV, DVD player and various books, games etc. This leads out onto a veranda with great views of Coral Bay, which is furnished.
Steps from the veranda lead down onto the 1st terrace area with patio furniture and BBQ. Access to this can also be found direct from the kitchen.
From this terrace step down onto the Pool area, set within well tended gardens to a 9M pool with easy access round corner steps into it.
A pagoda area provides some shade and the sunbeds and umbrellas provided can be located either poolside or on the upper terrace.
Below the pool area are further grounds that contain grapefruit, lemon and lime trees. A small pagoda with bistro set makes a pleasant setting.
A long driveway and underground garage provide ample parking for those looking to hire a car.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has oil heating if required. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is included. The wi-if is provided through satellite and proves reliable.
We have made significant investment for 2021 including new shutters for ventilation and security, dishwasher, smart TV, new sun beds and outside dining furniture. For the winter months we have installed a heater for the swimming pool. Fresh furniture and rugs now give us a more homely experience.
The villa will be cleaned for arrival to a high standard and mid-stay cleans can be arranged at a cost through our local housekeeping team.
The pool is maintained weekly as are the gardens and local support for any unforeseen maintenance issues can easily be arranged.
Whilst we encourage holidays at the villa, The villa is also available for longer term rentals and ideal for ‘Working From Anywhere’ stays. The villa is large enough to work in peace whilst others relax or explore the area - As the owner can testify, following a perfect WFA escape for 5 weeks in 2020.
