This villa is perfect for a perfect holiday on the coast of Mallorca for 7 guests.
With ideal exteriors, this charming house is surrounded by a peaceful environment thanks to its well-kept garden. It has a large salt swimming pool that measures 9 metres long and 4.5 metres wide, with a depth of between 1 and 1.80 metres. It has an integrated jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing bath with your companions. Next to it, sun loungers invite you to sunbathe. Before going inside, there are several rest areas and a furnished porch to enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue.

Once inside the house, distributed over 2 floors, you start with a living room equipped with a Smart TV to enjoy evenings on the sofa with your companions watching movies. In the dining room you can sit down to eat the delicious dishes prepared in the induction cooker, equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. The bedrooms are spread over the two floors of the house. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. To finish the ground floor, there is a complete bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, you will first find a bedroom with a double bed, and a room that gives access to a terrace prepared for sunbathing. This room has an en suite bathroom with shower. The last room has two double beds. All the rooms of the house have A/C and the bedrooms have a wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby, you will be offered a cot and high chair. Finally, the house offers washing machine and iron for your use during your stay.

Located in Alcúdia, it combines history, gastronomy and spectacular beaches. Its old town, surrounded by medieval walls, is a maze of cobbled streets with historic buildings and a vibrant market. Just a few minutes away, Puerto de Alcúdia offers a wide range of gastronomic diversity with seafront restaurants ideal for fresh fish and paella. In addition, its beaches, such as Playa de Muro and Playa de Alcúdia, stand out for their crystal clear waters and white sand, perfect for both relaxing and enjoying water activities.
