Villa Tudor is a well-furnished villa (1200 m²) with very spacious and modern interiors, perfect for a large group or family getaway, and accommodates 16 to 22 people in 8 bedrooms:
- Entering the ground floor through the spacious hall with wooden stairs you’ll find on one side the main living room featuring a sitting corner and piano, central open fireplace, and large wooden dining table. Toilet. On the other side is a fully-equipped (semi-professional) kitchen and a second living area with couches, TV, open fireplace, table and access to the outdoor terrace. Bathroom with shower.
- The first floor is composed of a third living room with table, sitting area with couches and billiards table, and 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom with tub (and overhead shower), two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed (two wide single beds), two bathrooms with tub (and overhead shower).
- The second floor is composed of a central living area with couches and 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms with tub (and overhead shower).
- The basement tavern is transformed into an entertainment area with dance floor and music and lights.
- Possibility to add 3 bunk beds in the bedrooms for up to 6 people extra (maximum 22 people).

Located in a tranquil location, this property promises a serene view of the surrounding hills and the lake. Within the huge grounds (40000 m²) you’ll find the owner’s lodge at the entrance of the property, the main villa in the center, and a stable (closed with garden equipment) at the border's edge. In between there are terraced gardens with numerous olive trees and a woodland, ideal for your kids to play in, or for you to wander around and relax in the peace of nature.

An above ground swimming pool is added during the summer season.

The Villa Tudor is situated in the small village of Montrigiasco, with a restaurant and trattoria within walking distance. The lake and the charming and lively town of Arona is located 5 km away with a beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona's railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan and only 20 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or hiking in the nearby mountains.
