The expansive living room includes a large sofa and armchair, TV with satellite channels, and a dining table seating six. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Adjacent to the living area, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, plus all cookware and tableware needed for longer stays.
Second Bedroom Bathroom:
The second bedroom offers a UK King bed (US Queen)and a Single bed, wardrobe space, and a further desk and chair. The second bathroom, located nearby, also features a bathtub with shower over. A quality floor mattress can be provided free of charge for a fifth guest, and a travel cot is available on request.

Conveniently located to the tube station which made it easy to explore the city. Rooms were spacious. Beds were fine. Might not be the best property if you aren't fit, are elderly, or struggle with stairs since the common area and kitchen are on the bottom floor from the entryway and the staircase is a fairly narrow spiraling staircase. There is a bit of noise from the trains that go by, but it didn't really bother us much. Host was easy to work with, accomodating, and communicative via WhatsApp.

Great location in S Kensington. Can see Gloucester station from the balcony and a short 5 min walk there as well as grocery, Starbucks, casual dining. Payments managed off of VRBO which is more common than I realized. Communication before and during stay was excellent. Overall very pleasant but definitely overdue for a refresh. Sofa upholstery coming apart, and window coverings missing or badly in need of repair/replacement. Paint patched with wrong colors. Etc. But the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. No air con but fans were available. I’m glad we missed the heatwave.

There is no better place to enjoy all of the excitement and opportunities of this great city than South Kensington with its wide range of different restaurants, unique shops and coffee shops and a vibrant life at all times of day.
What makes this property unique
This is one of 4 apartments I have in the same building. It's a very popular location, close to Gloucester Road tube station and with some 4 and 5 star international hotels close by. It's an area that provides well for international guests - families, couples and individual guests. As a duplex property on the top floor of this section of the building, this is a rare opportunity to be at a level with no-one above.
