Entering the cottage you will find a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating for four as well as the dining area which seats eight. You will also find the first of the four bedrooms, a queen bedroom with a private full bath. Upstairs, you will find the master king bedroom with a private full bath and another queen bedroom that shares a hall bath with a bedroom that has three sets of bunk beds. Also on this floor is new bonus bunk room that sleeps and additional two.There is also an open balcony deck, an outdoor shower, a pole-mounted grill and a welcoming porch swing.

Great home in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location. Plenty of beds for all 9 of us. Management company was very responsive. Could use a few updates. For example windows were really difficult to close, shades were broken , and upstairs shower door needed repair, but would definitely recommend!

Spacious, in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there on Spring Break. The location is perfect! You can walk to Seaside Square & beach. The bunk room is great for 6 kids. The bathroom shared by the bunk room & queen room is small but it worked. The den is spacious and the dining table seats 8.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent Thanksgiving week in this very comfortable home and had an amazing time. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to everything. Plenty of sleeping space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is a little small but totally adequate for our needs, including preparing a small Thanksgiving meal. It really felt like home for us and I'd happily stay in Teacher's Lounge again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home to stay in for a vacation! The floor plan is excellent for a large group with a bedroom being downstairs and several upstairs. The bunk room is perfect for lots of kids. It was very clean when we arrived and Brigitte was so helpful. She made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. This home's in a great location. It's easy to walk to the church, town center, adult pool, and park. It's an easy walk to the beach, too. It also has a nice porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. I'd definitely stay here again!
