Summary:
Tucked away in the heart of Morpeth, this secluded cottage is the perfect bolthole to explore all that Northumberland has to offer. Designed with comfort in mind, this two bed, two bath property includes everything you need to rest and recover from exploring our beaches, walks and castles. Perfect for couples, families or small groups.
The Space:
Built in 1905, Lilac Cottage is a cosy two-bed property nestled within the picturesque Old Bakehouse Yard.
The homely living room offers two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a handmade dining table and benches.
The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with all the cookware, cutlery and glassware you'll need for any occasion.
Looking out over St. Robert of Newminster Church, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with a handmade mattress and Soak & Sleep Linens. You will also enjoy the use of a Smart TV, Dyson fan, hair dryer and dressing table.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed that can be made into twin single beds on request prior to your stray. Amenities include smart TV, Dyson fan and the same beautiful views.
There are well-appointed bathrooms on both floors (including one ensuite) with bathtubs and overhead showers.
Additional conveniences include WiFi, a washer-dryer and dishwasher. A travel cot and highchair are also available.
Parking is available for small cars.
