Villa Pinède sur mer offer an exceptional panoramic view of the islands and the Bay of La Croix Valmer. Facing southwest, the evenings are delightful, perfect for enjoying aperitifs. It confortably sleeps 8 people in 4 air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms.



Villa Pinède sur mer was built in the original Provençal style and lovingly and lavishly renovated.

It faces south and towards the sea, the four bedrooms as well as the living areas all enjoy full panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the offshore islands.



There is a covered Provençal summer kitchen where you can prepare fresh fish or meat on the plancha (gas), and cook on a electric cooktop on induction. The covered breakfast terrace is sheltered from the wind, and a lounge Terrace is great for enjoying apperitiv and sundowners before dinner. Enjoy the sunset and delight in the romantic atmosphere when the automated garden lighting bathes everything in a soft light.



The Large pool is accessible by a ladder and deep enough if you want to exercise, and the area offers fun and enough space for sunbathing and reading in a shady spot under the cork oak or the parasol. Children's safety is also taken care of thanks to a pool alarm and gates leading to the pool level. A solar heated shower provides warm water.



You enter the villa on the upper level, as it was charmingly built into the hillside

There you will find the master bedroom with over 25 sqm plus 2 balconies. The sleeping area with double bed (200x200) has access to its own bathroom tiled in natural stone (bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, bidet, 1 washbasin).

The second bedroom in the upper part has a 160x200 bed also with balcony, and equipped with a shower and sink.

you'll find also on this level a lounge area that invites you to rest and read.



A staircase leads down to the ground level floor

Here you will find two more bedrooms with sea view. One with a double bed with its own bathroom (XXL shower, toilet, bidet and 1washbasin) accessible via the hallway, and a twin bedroom with smart TV direct access to its own shower room with tub, shower cubicle, toilet and 1 washbasin.

At the foot of the stairs opens the living area with a large open kitchen, fully equipped including Nespresso coffee machine, American Filter coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, microwave and oven. The living room offers a cozy couch set in front of the open fireplace with smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Satellite programs in German& English as well as French channels), Throughout the house there is high speed (fibre) Internet via Wifi, in case you need to do some business on the PC.

In the back of the first floor is the laundry room with a second fridge with an ice machine, two washing machines and a Miele dryer, if on the clothesline in the garden is not enough space.



Up to three cars can be parked in the yard and on the driveway, one car shaded under a carport.



The entire property is lighted by night, securely fenced, the gate can be conveniently opened from the car by remote control and a professional alarm system provides protection at night and during your absence. (Can be activated on different zones, inside, outside and roof & Parking separately)
