Large terraces, and boules court to the rear, in gated Domaine de La vallee Sud, quiet location, automated security shutters and entrance gate.Just 800m walk to sea and palm tree lined path to Plage de Heraclee with it’s beach Club, La Cabane de Mediterranee, through private domaine and the Madrague vineyard. Close to Gigaro beach, and the lovely restaurants of Marius, ColeurJardin, La Refuge and Lily on the Beach. Wonderful walks along the Sentier Littoral in the National Park, Cap Lardier. It is an easy15 minute drive along the D93, up to the Col de Colbasse avoiding the traffic past Ramatuelle to the famous 4.5 km white of sand of Pampelonne plage, with its beach clubs and St Tropez 25 minutes.

We are the Le Coyte family with teenage children and have enjoyed twenty years of extended holidays in hotels and villas in the St Tropez area. Our connection with the area started when I myself was brought to the area in the early 60's, with my parents.
Why they chose this property
MiaBella villa, is a newly constructed contemporary Villa completed in August 14, on one of the last available building plots in the Var region.
Previously, we owned a semidetached village house in La Croix Valmer but needed more space for a growing family and importantly, a pool.
The St Tropez area is very beautiful, with fantastic beaches, something for everybody, from boating, walking, vineyards etc, etc.

What makes this property unique
While staying at MiaBella we have wonderful Forrest views and it is quiet on the private domaine of de la Valle.
Within safe easy walking distance to the pine fringed beach, that look out towards the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles.
