All the rooms open onto south or south-west facing terraces, with a view of the garden or the swimming pool.
A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks as well as 2 toilets.
A large living room with fireplace opens onto a large shaded and sunny terrace. Enjoy your grills over a wood fire thanks to our traditional barbecue.
The fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, 5-burner induction, multiple household appliances, etc.) will allow you to express your Chef talents!

The upper floor consists of a large air-conditioned bedroom (160cm bed) opening onto a balcony with sea view and 2 beds in pull-out beds (90cm) in the living room. An equipped kitchen opens onto the living room with a fireplace and access to the balcony. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet completes this extension.

Our villa offers privacy and calm near the village and the beaches of Sylvabelle and Gigaro. And do not hesitate to visit Gassin, go shopping in St Tropez or party on the beaches of Ramatuelle or why not take a stroll at Cap Lardier!
