Beautiful two bedroom apartment of about 130 square metres located on the second floor with an elvatore(small) and consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the heart of the Rione Monti , today one of the most desirable and beloved areas of Rome. A dynamic, lively neighbourhood full of characteristic clubs and antique shops located between Via Cavour and Via Nazionale, a stone's throw from the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum and the papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore or basilica Liberiana, one of the papal basilicas of Rome. The apartment is only 300 metres from the Cavour metro station and the Termini central train station is a 10-minute walk away.

The house is ideal for couples of friends, families with children or friends looking for comfort. The Colosseum is a 12-minute walk away and the underground station Cavour is 300 metres away. The city's major tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport. Family-run trattorias, chic wine bars and original vintage boutiques attract a diverse clientele of foreigners, students and locals.
The flat is located on the second floor with a lift (small) and opens onto the living area with a corridor leading to the kitchen, the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The living room overlooks Via dei Capocci, while the bedrooms have internal facades.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning and has double windows.
The living room has a sofa , television corner , 2 armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.
The first bedroom at the end of hallway has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a small bookcase, wardrobe and a single bed ( 90cm x 200cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a free standing mirror.
The bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system.
The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery for eight people. The kitche has a table with four chairs . Adjacent to the kitchen is a small storage room where there is the washing machine.
The first bathroom has sanitary ware and shower cabin and the second bathroom has sanitary ware and bath tub.
