Beautifully renovated 2-bedroom duplex apartment located on the 4th floor of Block A in the famous Skol Building, right on Marbella's beachfront and in the heart of the city centre. With restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, the Marina and Marbella's charming Old Town all within walking distance, this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday without the need for a car.
This bright west-facing duplex enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the private terrace. The west orientation provides afternoon sunshine, while offering lovely views towards the Mediterranean Sea, the communal swimming pools and the communal gardens.
The lower floor features a spacious, fully renovated open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and everything needed for a comfortable stay. A large peninsula breakfast bar with three comfortable stools. The kitchen flows into a cosy sitting area with direct access to the terrace.
Also on this floor is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and washing machine.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, three-door wardrobe, dressing table and beautiful views of the sea and communal pools. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a large four-door wardrobe and a dressing table with mirror. A second fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC completes the upper floor.
For year-round comfort, the living area and both bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.

Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella alone—indeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbella’s for style and elegance—but now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
