The property is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a lovely cottage area, the house is just a short distance from both the beach and the center of Løkken. The town offers an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, while the nearby beach provides a serene escape by the North Sea. The peaceful setting of the cottage allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds—proximity to lively attractions and a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished to prioritize comfort, with a bright and cozy kitchen equipped with a dishwasher for convenience. The living area offers comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. Outdoors, the spacious terrace and lawn provide a great spot for enjoying the Danish summer weather, with garden furniture and a barbecue available for use. For added convenience, there is a lockable shed and a combined washer and dryer. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
