Immersed in the quiet 450 meters from the Scoglio del Coccodrillo, 800 meters from the first white beach of the Salento coast, Villa Salentu is a former riding school built in 1957 where purebred horses were bred. The renovation and energy redevelopment was completed in June 2024 and it is now a two-storey villa divided into 3 independent mini apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare,
Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand m2 plot bordering the Ionian Sea: of during the day the view of the sea is breathtaking, at night the view of the starry sky is a true luxury. It is located 2.5 km from the city of Pulsano and the same number from that of Leporano, in the province of Taranto. From here Salento begins.
Lu Mare is a two-room apartment on the 1st floor, consisting of 1 bedroom with sea view with a 160cm double bed, a large and well-stocked kitchen with small terrace, and a single sofa/bed, a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with jacuzzi for 3 people, and a large bathroom.
